Richmond Little League is open to boys and girls, Little League ages 5 to 16, who reside within the boundaries of Richmond Little League or attend a school that is physically located within the boundaries of Richmond Little League. The official boundaries are detailed below. You can check to see whether your player's home or school is within the boundaries by inserting your address or the address of your player's school in the eligibility tool at the bottom of this page. If your player is not eligible for Richmond Little League, then he or she should play for the league that serves your geographic area. It is possible for your player to submit a residency waiver application to Little League International. Please note, however, that the process is arduous and the residence eligibility rule is quite strict. Residency waivers are granted only under very limited circumstances. As noted above, there has been a change of rules for those players who live outside a league's boundaries but attend school within the boundaries. Such individuals now enjoy full eligibility, without the necessity of a residency waiver application, upon provision of proof of attendance at a school located within the league's boundaries. It will be necessary for such individuals to contact the league information officer to complete the registration process.
If you have any questions about eligibility or need assistance with registration, please email the league information officer, Robby Robinson, at
