RLL is open to all City of Richmond boys and girls ages 5 to 14 who live in zip codes 23221, 23226, 23230, 23227, and City kids in 23220 residing South of Broad Street, and City kids in 23225 residing on southside, East of the Powhite Parkway and North of Jahnke Road, Forest Hill Ave, Semmes Ave and West of Chamberlayne Ave. The official RLL boundaries from Little League International are detailed below. If you reside outside of these boundaries, then your player must qualify for a residency waiver.  If you have any questions about eligibility to play in RLL, please email RLL on this website or leave a message on the RLL hotline at 344-7802.

Richmond Little League Boundaries

Northern and Western Boundary - from the intersection of the Henrico County/City of Richmond line and Chamberlayne Ave/Rt. 301 proceed West along the Henrico/City line until it intersects with the James River.

Southern Boundary - from the intersection of Henrico/City line and the James River proceed East along the James River until it intersects the Powhite Pkwy (Rt. 76). Proceed South on the Powhite Pkwy until in intersects Chippenham Pkwy (Henrico/City line) and proceed South on Chippenham Pkwy until it intersects Jahnke Road. Proceed East on Jahnke Rd until intersects with Forest Hill Ave and proceed East until Forest Hill Ave intersects with Semmes Ave. Proceed East on Semmes Ave until it intersects with Cowardin Ave/Belvidere St.

Eastern Boundary - from the intersection of Semmes Ave and Cowardin Ave/Belvidere St., proceed North on Belvidere St. until it intersects with Broad St. Proceed West on Broad St. until it intersects with Boulevard Ave and proceed North on Boulevard Ave until it intersects with Brookland Pkwy. Proceed East on Brookland Pkwy until it intersects with Chamberlayne Ave and proceed North on Chamberlayne Ave/Rt. 301 until it intersects with the Henrico County/City of Richmond line.
