Team Manager (to be selected by the Baseball Operations Committee based on team availability, experience, recommendations of parents, players, past managers and coaches)

Team Score Keeper - Maintains the official team scorebook or operates the field scoreboard (should have basic knowledge of baseball scoring, and regularly attend child's games)
Team Parent - Responsible for phone tree, recruits volunteers to provide team refreshments, assists with League events, distributes League information to team parents and players, and generally assists the team manager and coaches as requested.
Field Maintenance - Assists with the maintenance of the Byrd Park fields on the Saturday of the team's assigned work weekend or as needed at the conclusion of games and practices.
Opening Day - Coordinates team participation, contacts and secures attendance of special guests, arranges for games and activities, coordinates set up of concessions, recruits volunteers to staff all activities and concessions, set-up, clean-up, assisting team photographer
Fundraising - Assists the league in raising funds, assists with concession stand sales, and other such projects
