- a coach or parent is required to be present whenever kids are using the bullpens. The adult should be stationed next to the backstop behind the pitcher to help guard against wild throws from the catcher sailing into the bleacher area.
- Catchers are required to wear masks in the bullpens.
- Teams that are warming up can use the bullpens, but teams that are playing have priority during their games.

Coaches, please ask the parents to keep children out of the bullpen area. I know its going to be tough for the younger sibblings to resist turning the mounds into a sandbox, but we need to treat the bullpens like any other part of the field. Also, please be considerate and rake the mounds after use.
